Richmond, VA: C.S.A., 1865. not bound. Fine. Issued to David Snyder in the sum of $100, under Act of 17 February 1864, redeemable 1 July 1884 with interest, etc. The main signator, Robert Tyler, was the son of President John Tyler. Robert served in the Mexican War prior to becoming the CSA's Register of the Treasury. This is a nice item for display, featuring a naval-battle cartouche. 8.75" x 11.25".
