St. Albans, Vermont, 1882. not bound. Very Good. Two letters, each one page on CVR letterhead. The letter signed by E.A. Chittenden, Superintendent of Local Freight Traffic, is re tariff and a shipment of sleds. The letter from the General Superintendent tells one H.R. Barney, Agent at Chester, Vermont, to increase his father's pay to $1.20 a day. 10.5" x 8".
