The book is in very good condition with minor edge wear. There is some discoloration, spotting, to the page block. Also, there's an inscription on the inside of the cover accompanied by a small black ink drawing of a house. The dust jacket, not clipped, is in very good condition, with a closed tear on the front cover by the spine, taped from inside, and a small closed tear on back. It has some soiling, especially along the flap bends. The picture is a scan of the actual book.
