Butler's Name Printed At Foot Of Title, With An Inserted Printed Label Stating The Book Is Now Available From Moody. An Excellent Edition With Much New Material On Carnaro And His Family. An Exceptionally Bright, Clean Copy, Just A Touch Of Rubbing At Tips, And Some Recent Light Running Of Ink From The Covers Onto The Page Block Edges (Only) And A Few Very Small Areas Along The Fore Edge Of The Endpapers But Not Showing On Any Pages Internally. Pages 176-177 Have A Browned Area From A Former Insertion.
