Media reviews

“If you’re having trouble with your magnum opus, author Mary Embree may have just what you are looking for.”—Los Angeles Times

“‘Toolkit’ is actually an apt name for this little handbook, which covers each step of the writing process in short chapters: beginning ideas, planning and research, writing and editing fundamentals, manuscript submission, copyright, literary agents, contracts, and publishing in an electronic environment. . . . A useful gift . . .”—Library Journal

“Mary Embree was a skilled guide to the nuts and bolts of the publishing process, from query letter to final submission.”—Mary Palevsky, Ph.D., author of Atomic Fragments: A Daughter’s Questions
