Edinburgh and London: William Blackwood & Sons, 1891. Second edition, 1891, with a personalized inscription (to Prof. John Carnell) signed by the author. Red anc green cloth lettered in gilt, top edge gilt, no dustjacket, likely as issued. Some rubbing to the covers, mainly to the extremities, some light chipping to the spine head, front hinge very lightly internally cracked and secure, text block sound, pages clean with no other names or markings.. Inscribed by The Author. Hard Cover. Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
