Yale University Press, 2002. Hard cover. Good/No jacket. The dust jacket is shelf worn and slightly yellowed on the front and back cover with the top and bottom edges being slightly creased. The cover boards are in great condition with no visible flaws apart from some light handling wear. The spine is slightly cocked, but binding is secure. Inside is clean and unmarked.
