Without a dust jacket as issued. Within the publisher's original shrink wrap. With a forward by Laurence La Tourette Driggs and edited by W. David Lewis. Based on the 1918 diary written by Captain Edward Rickenbacker with some of the modifications made by the ghost writer, Laurence La Tourette Driggs.
