About This Item
London: Printed under the Authority of His Majesty's Stationery Office by Harrison and Sons, 1916. Very Good +. 32 p.: tables; 34 cm. Sewn. "Miscellaneous. No. 15 (1916)." "In continuation of "Miscellaneous, no. 14 (1915)." With printed note: "With the Compliments of Sir Gilbert Parker." Sir Gilbert Parker headed Britain's propaganda efforts in the United States from 1914 until early 1917, when President Woodrow Wilson severed diplomatic ties with Germany.
