Signed on the front end page, "With best wishes to you / and yours for blessing on / your Christian life. / Very Cordially - / Charles M. Sheldon / Central Church / Topeka Kansas / Sept. 20, 1904" Covers are torn at corners and spine ends. The front hinge is broken and has been improperly repaired with invisible tape. The first several pages and covers are just barely attached. The rear hinge is also cracked but the remainder of the block is tight. All pages present. Text is otherwise clean. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 282 pages; Signed by Author .
