Reviews
On Sep 25 2012, Patritius said:
This volume has received rather mixed reviews- probably unfairly. It is a panoramic work covering several centuries. Whilst it can be quite a dry read, it is extremely informative and takes a different approach from other volumes on financial history, in that the accent is on the developemnt of legal and accounting structures that underpin the development of corporate finance. In addition, the reading references are quite voluminous.
