About This Item
London: Folio Society, 2010. Book. Illus. by Jonathan Burton. As New. Hardcover. 1st Thus.. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. There's not much that the likes of me can add to the public perception of Douglas Adams's creative brilliance, so beyond proposing that his left-handedness was probably responsible for said brilliance, I'll just drag my morose self into the nearest rat cavity and wait for Doomsday to meet up with Armageddon to get this life foolishness over and done with. Or something. Introduction by Terry Jones. Blocked glittered cloth (really, that's what The Folio Society calls it -- to me it's just glittery), in a near-luminous slipcase w/light wear, 174 pages, 8 colour illustrations (including frontispiece). A very nice copy of a very creative book by a (sadly) very dead writer (1952-2001)..
