Blue cloth binding is tight, square & clean w/ little wear- bit of rubbing, edge wear & minor fray, couple v. small soft corners. No scuffs or sun. All gilt spine lettering crisp & intact. Small owner name/ address inkstamp front free endpaper, same name written there, dated 1898. Text is tight, clean & UNmarked w/ minimal toning in margins.
