Handsomely bound in a greenish buckram cloth with green lettering stamped over an orange swatch, and orange lettering to spine, slightly rubbed. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, clipped, rubbed at extremities, gold Scotch-tape at spine head, remains thereof at spine bottom. Illustrated endpapers front and rear. xix [1], 3-235 pp. including notes, bibliography and index. Well over 100 fine black-and-white and duotone illustrations by Carter Lucas, quite fine.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
