Fascinating tale of DeVere Baker, a devout mormon who had the goal of proving that voyages spoken in the Book of Mormon were true and that ancient peoples of the lost tribes had made the trip to the shores of North America. When this dream took hold, he sold most of his possessions including two successful shipyards that had done work for the US Navy plus his own home and set out on a task that would consume 30 years of his life.
