San Francisco :: Washington DC: npub, 1976. Handbill. Five 8.5x11 handbills and one pamphlet, some minor toning, else in very good condition. A Presidential Nomination sign up sheet, 2 inch vertical tear along bottom edge, else very good; two campaign letters from Northern California, post-election letter from State Senator Anthony Beilenson (1968), a McCarthy for President brochure, and a Northern California, Youth for McCarthy campaign letter.

New York: AFL-CIO, 1995. Cardboard Covers. Double cardstock folder with facing pockets, 11x9 inches folded, one pocket containing an oversize paperbound of 227p with color vignette chapter heads, the opposite pocket holding an 8.5x5.5 inch booklet labelled "1995 Resolutions, Book One", and a flyer (described below). The folder is wrinkled and creased round the extremities, the two fascicles are completely sound, clean and unmarked. Laid is a simple flyer on color letterhead that lists the first-day program: invocation, keynote address, certain reports, and the scheduling of a visit from then-president Bill Clinton.

Chicago: Thompson & Thomas, 1904. Paperback. 210p., nine full-page woodblock illustrations (ten, counting cover), softbound first edition in 7.5x5 inch decorated wraps printed black and red on smooth yellow stock. Front cover is nearly detached with an ineffective bit of old tape at the heel, very acidic textblock with a bad bump and crumpling to tips of many leaves. All cover texts, and all images and content within are intact, but item is hard to handle, and was bound rather stiffly to begin with. As is.

New York: The Pierpont Morgan Library, 1976. Paperback. x, 66p., illustrated with a dozen or so b&w fullpage facsimile documents, the Washington life-mask (well-reproduced), and a map. Softbound in 10x7 inch marbled (faux) wraps, casing yawns slightly, an excellent copy: perfectly sound, clean and unmarked. Presswork by The Steinhour Press.

New York: Socialist Labor Party, 1952. Four panel brochure, paper browned, else very good condition, 6x8 inches. Rear panel illustrated with small portraits of Eric Hass & Stephen Emery, the SLP's candidates for President & vice-president.

A terminal twenty leaves and back cover bear a 4x2 inch corner crease (affecting only the ad section), else very good condition. Includes a critical review of the book series "Black Athena: The Afroasiatic Roots of Classical Civilization," a forum on JFK with the articles "JFK and the Culture of Violence" - "JFK: The Movie" - "JFK: Historical Fact / Historical Film," and more.

Wichita, KS: Sunset Research Group, 1993. Pamphlet. 31p., 5.5x8.5 inch staplebound wraps; illus., slightly handled wraps, light sticker residue on front wrap, else very good.

New York: A MacFadden Book, 1963. Paperback. 222p., wraps creased and edge worn, paper browned with minor edge wear - at best a good copy only. Pocket book format.

San Francisco: W. C. G. McDonnell, 1929. Paperback. [76p] 9x12 inches, photos, lists of participants, reports, ads, etc. Oversize paperback in orange wraps printed black with California seal. Cover bears a deep punctured scrape, and two leaves at midway have a bottom corner-tip torn away (affecting two names in print), otherwise general light wear. As is, but all in all a good copy. Find the ownership signature of Robert A. Condee, Chair of the California State Fair, with several newspaper clippings about him laid-in.

City of Industry: Collectors Publications/Therapy Productions, 1974. Paperback. Four of five volumes, various pagination, 8.5x11 inches, illustrated with photos and political cartoons, very good paperbacks (volume 1 is a stapled magazine format).

Sonoma: Empyre Press, 2004. Paperback. v+163p., foreword, very good first edition signed by the author in original pictorial wraps. Satire based on Homer as featured on Michael Moore's web site. Signed and inscribed by the author.

Chicago: Central Organization of U.S. Marxist-Leninists, 1978. Paperback. 65p. [+ ads], staplebound pamphlet, very good condition except for a small "Library" rubberstamp on front cover. The Central group believed that Albania was the leader of world revolution.

Turlock, CA: John Smurr For President Committee, 1980. Pamphlet. 87p., 5.5x8.5 inch wraps; mild toning on wraps, otherwise very good. Humorous take on California politics in the late 70s.

Paperback. 44 separate bindings with great variation in length, from tome to pamphlet, 43 of which bound in tan House wraps, one (Submission of Recorded Conversations) in a blue cover (thickest tome of all). All in good shape, allowing a small ding to a single spine, plus cover deaccession rubberstamping to most front covers (deaccession by a major university).
