Good condition vintage hardback book. No copyright date indicated - circa 1888. This is the original vintage book - not a modern reprint or facsimile. Victorian era, very attractive, decorative boards (covers). Boards are clean and bright, show light wear (light rubbing at corners and top and bottom of spine. Gilt-edged pages. Beautiful gilt artwork on the front. No writing or tears inside book. Pages show tanning from age - no foxing. Tight spine, clean pages.
Bonus item included. There was an attractive, colorized card "Mercantille Printer - Color And Tint Printing A Specialty". It shows a bird on a branch. I am leaving this inside the book. It also appears to be from the Victorian era.
