Heinemann. London. 1977. FIRST EDITION. 3 large 8vo volumes. (9.2 x 6.3 inches). Publishers red cloth with gilt lettering to spines. Fine bright copies in original dustwrappers which have sun fading to the lettering on the spines, as often found with these volumes, making the lettering barely readable, and a few very minor spots.
