Colour frontispiece and B&W illustrations in text (including 4 full-paged) by Kurt Wiese. Original illustrated light green cloth with beige/brown illustrated endpapers; outline of dog illustration on front and black lettering on spine. Cloth is worn at spine and edges, with ends of spine and corners lightly bumped. Some professional restoration has been done to boards. There is some discolouration on endpapers and some light staining throughout text. A nice copy.
