Hardcover with dustjacket, first American printing as indicated by the publisher's "1" in the number line on copyright page, only one rather insignificant flaw to this fine gift copy: the binding is a bit pulled from the top of the spine, this is due to the weight of the book but also the poor quality standards that some publisher employ, in any case, this has caused no real harm as the binding remains tight, there are no other remarkable flaws to the book or jacket, the original American price is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included .
