New York: J.H. Colton & Co., 1836. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall. 46pp. + folding map. First Edition. Light wear and slight fading to cover, frontispiece not present, contents in clean condition, very occasional foxing, a number of tears along folds of folding map have been tape reinforced many years ago, and more recently with archival tape. There is very minor loss of image, a former owner's name on title page and bookplate on front endaper. Color folding map measures 23 x 19 inches. A disclaimer is tipped-in regarding the folding map.
