Charles Scribner's Sons, 1922 Dated inside 'From Mother July, Concord, N.H. 1925'. A very nice reader of poetry meant for children to be read by an adult or teen. Illustrated all (but 1 silhouette 2-page) in color, quite nice. Slightly musty, bagged for preservation. 96 pages with index.

1903. Illustrated green cloth, Very nicely liiustrated by W. H. Fry. very good condition with worn spine ends. Gift inscription in Pencil has survived all this time (likely from a gentleman) to ??? on Dec. 25th, 1906, owner name in light pencil and an ink name stamp on first blank page.

This example was never read (or fully read) as the last 2 text pages remain uncut along the top of the foredge. Book appears fine and unread as well.

Self Published, 1955 Quite Scarce: 52 pages (unpaginated.) An adorable tale about a little man and his first trip skiing, no words just line drawings by this children's author/artist. 1949 Newbery honor winner for 'Daughter of the Mountains'. Very Good+ with the edges tanned a bit.

NY: Norton, 1964 Scarce in this (not an X-library example) First Printing with a passable dust wrapper.

Boston Little, Brown & Company 1947 Stated First Edition (stated) Hardcover VG-/NONE Book has wear to spine ends and corners and edges, an ex-library copy with a few marks. Not bad. but waiting for a dust jacket!
