Blue boards with minor shelf wear, with illustration of 2 horses on cover. Uniquely wrapped in suede jacket with painted indian, and inscribed 'For a Lover of Books'. Previous owner's name written in pencil on front endpaper. Endpapers are age-toned, perhaps from the suede cover.

Dust jacket price clipped, some rips, tears and rub marks. Brown cloth in good shape; clean, bright unmarked text.

Green cloth with silver gilt decoration on cover & spine. Cover is worn on spine, top & bottom. Spine is detaching from book; end paper & first two pages are loose. Seven pages of ads at back. All pages are included. Presumed first edition.

Inside hinges taped, and cover has clear taped coating, which is now cracked on the spine. Corners bumped with loss of cloth. Pages clean, binding tight. Gilt edged pages; floral endpapers. Frontispiece and 18 additional plates. No map.

Heath Supplementary Readers. Includes 2 color maps: 'Indian Groups of North America' and 'Map showing Indian Reservations of the United States in 1897', and black & white illustrations. Previous owner's name inscribed on endpaper. Some pages are slightly wrinkled, with remains of slight water damage, but no mold odor. Sticker from book shop at back.

Light brown buckram covers with pictorial front cover. Spine has light fraying at bottom. Binding is tight, and pages are unmarked. Six color illustrations (including frontispiece).
