In dark grey boards and gilt to spine. Crease to spine, some small stains to top page ends and some very faint moisture fading to spine ends and bottom of rear board. Jacket which is made out of a cheap material typical to book club editions has been trimmed down by about 1/8 of an inch with moisture staining on inside mostly at top of front panel, spine ends and bottom of rear panel. Wear/rubbing to corners and spine ends with short tear at heel.

In grey boards with creasing to spine and 7/8 inch tear to bottom and nicks to top and bottom. Edgewear with light dings to rear corners. Interior clean and binding tight. Jacket is worn with some chips to top of spine and front panel.

Jacket as a book club edition is of inferior quality with 3/4 inch tear to bottom of front panel with creasing, overall edgewear and fading to spine and adjacent portion of rear panel. Lamination loss at top of front cover from sticker removal.
