This rare hardback book is in fair condition and showing a compromised binding, as you'll see in the photos. The cover, while intact, h a 1/8 inch tear at the base of the spine on the front. As well, it is rough around the top edge at the spine and top right corner, and shows wear and rubbing. The back jacket has a 1/4 inch tear at the top edge. The pages are clean and crisp but show underlining and highlighting on pages 1 to 6. The front end sheet has an inscription and a gold label from the Astara Lodestar Retreat Center.
