In good condition over all, generally clean, light exterior soiling with moderate, shelf wear but fraying to the spine cloth at top and bottom edges and a short split started at the rear hinge; hinges and binding solid, paper light to moderately yellowed, but with foxing to the endpapers and some foxing lightly scattered throughout.
