With an attached plat showing proposed crossing at grade of the main track of the Oskaloosa Branch in Block, 3 Washington Iowa. Signed on the last page by H.A. Parker, Vice President and Geo. H. Crosby, Secretary for the Rock Island Line and A. J. Earling, President and E. W. Adams Asst. Secretrary of the St. Paul Line additionallly initaled and signed by several witnesses and attorneys and with the blind-stamp seals of both companies. Agreement held by 2 brass brades at top in a light gray cover sheet, with handwritten title. 8" x 13 size. Some edge wear and minimal chips cover with agreement and bueprints in very good condition.
