Description:
Published by The Folio Society, London; 1972. 8vo. This lovely Folio First edition is in Fine condition. It is tightly bound in it's original patterned boards, which are free from wear and marks, with just the smallest hint of bumping to the spine ends. Inside, the pages are clean, bright and free from blemishes, appearing as new and unread. The book is housed in an equally smart brown slipcase, with perhaps a slight hitn of rubbing, but this is barely visible and it is very smart indeed. In all, this is an excellent example of this first edition by the Folio Society, which was the first printing of Kelly's reminiscences since 1826, and would be an excellent addition to any Folio collection.

Description:
Published by Hodder & Stoughton, London; 1982. 8vo. 432pp. First edition, second impression. Condition: Fine/Near Fine.
Bound in original black cloth boards with the title in gilt to the spine. The binding is square and tight and in clean, smart condition, free from marks and damage, save a touch of bumping to the spine ends. Inside, the pages are clean and bright, with barely even a hint of toning.
This beautiful book is housed in its original first issue dust jacket, which is also in excellent condition, with just some minor shelf wear to the edges and fading to the spine, but otherwise in lovely condition.
In all, this is a very collectible example of this Booker McConnell prize winning novel by Keneally, upon which the film Schindler's List was based. This epic story of the Second World War is a work of historical fiction based around the very real Oskar Schindler, a German industrialist, who grew into a living legend to the Jews of Cracow with his mission to save the Jewish people. What began as… Read More

Description:
Published by Puffin Books, London; 1996. This the first edition of Disney's version of the Roald Dahl classic tale about James Henry Trotter and is the picture book to accompany the Disney film. This lovely book is vividly illustrated, the pages are clean and bright and it is in excellent, Fine condition. The only flaw to speak of is some bumping to the spine ends and cover edges and corners, as is so common among books. Over all though, it is in lovely condition and would be a lovely copy to treasure and read.
