Overall an attractive very good+ set with former owner initials and number penned on blank side of each front endpaper. Half burgandy morocco and cloth boards with raised bands on spine, gilt topedges/lettering. Attractive marbled endpapers, corner tips are leather over cloth. Modest general shelfwear for age; as is common with 100+ year old leather the spine is a couple of shades lighter than joining leather on boards and tips, some spines have small soil spots. Tight straight books with numerous illustrations. .
