Well worn, contents toned at margins with some coming loose and chipping in places, just good, with one volume being better described as fair. Gripping collection of photographs - about three per page, cumulatively hundreds - taken by the German side during The Great War, with substantial preliminary text (in German) which is apparently of a war-diary nature, being organized chronologically by month and day. 'Journey Into Deep Space - Glow in the Dark Jigsaw Puzzle', with included large poster. As a 24" diameter puzzle of 212 Pieces, apparently larger than the few others of its clan. Box as shown is 11 1/2" square, has plastic carrying handle. Contents New, box shows modest shelf wear and a small area of former price tag residue (upper left corner of box); puzzle has never been used, with pieces still sealed in their bag, poster never unfolded. STX / Laxworld, 2004. No Binding. As New. As New; worn in the 100th Anniversary Game, by Johns Hopkins player Kyle Dowd - one of four Kyles on the team that year - without damage. See scans. "Throwback" lacrosse jerseys were worn in that 100th game between Maryland and Johns Hopkins, played on April 17, 2004. Maryland's 'throwback' jerseys for the game were from their 1973 National Championship year (see separate listing for an example of that); Johns Hopkins' were from the 1960s to early 1970s Joe Cowan era. Both were provided by STX / LaxWorld. Johns Hopkins, ranked #1 at the time of the game, defeated Maryland, who was ranked #3 at the time, 14-10. The game was played at Hopkins' Homewood Field. All jerseys worn by players on both sides were auctioned after the game for charity benefit; the proceeds from the sale of the Johns Hopkins jerseys went to the Johns Hopkins Children's Center. Brass Chinese Brothel (Bordello) Token ("Whorehouse Chit"), circa World War II.  1 5/8" diameters, 1/8" thick, 1.1 oz.  Average circulated condition or better. See images. Brought back from the World War II Pacific Theater by a U.S. naval officer shortly after hostilities had ceased, this token (chit) is at newest from the early 1940s, probably a decade or more older. Obverse side is rather graphic, reverse bears Chinese Han characters, translation unknown to us. Brothel tokens, historically, have been redeemable for sexual activity at brothels. See images. Florida, circa 1974 - Scarce 15-Star Variety Vintage Apollo 16 Mission Patch, Young-Mattingly-Duke, Embroidered 2 7/8" Diameter Patch, circa 1974. See scan. Round, 2 7/8" Diameter. An uncommon early variant - 15 stars adorn the border area. Most of of the other numerous Apollo 16 souvenir patches bear16 stars, presumably to symbolize the mission number itself.
