Olive green binding has light extremity soiling and wear, Crown and foot of spine cloth gently bumped. Interior pages are clean, no writings/marks, only 1/4" stain at lower corner margin, that runs through nearly all of page tips. Does not impact text at all. After the title page there is a facsimile of authors handwritten 'dedication to the American People' of this edition. Rear inside cover has paper just starting to pull away from gutter area - but a very tight text block.
