Scarce autographs from filmmaker / cinematographer / photographer Russ Meyer, graphic novelist / cartoonist / screenwriter Daniel Clowes, actor /screenwriter / author Richard Blackburn, models / actresses Kitten Natividad and Debra Lamb. Additional autographs from authors Charles Schneider and Rod Thorndyke. Russ Meyer was the film director of the famous sexploitation cult film Faster Pussycat Kill ! Kill ! among other cult films; Vixen!, Supervixens, Up! , Mudhoney, Mondo Topless, Beyond the Valley of the Dolls and many more cult films. Russ Meyer was a glamour photographer for Playboy magazine and photographed model Eve Meyer for the centerfold of Playboy June 1955 magazine issue. Daniel Clowes was the cartoonist for the famous comic Eightball and graphic novel Like a Velvet Glove Cast in Iron. Clowes was the screenwriter for Ghost World and Art School Confidential both adapted to film from his underground comics and graphic novels. Featured in this book is some of the earliest artwork from Daniel Clowes. Kitten Natividad was the actress in Russ Meyers film Up! and Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens. Debra Lamb is a B-movie actress and starred in numerous films, she is regarded as one of the top "Scream Queens" in B-movie cinema history, she was featured in Draculina Magazine and she is also a trained fire eater, her stunt performance was included in a scene in the movie Wild at Heart by film director David Lynch. Richard Blackburn was the co-screenwriter for the 1980s movie Eating Raoul , several B-movies in the horror genre and the voice over actor as Dr. Zaius in the 1970s animated series "Return to the Planet of the Apes". One of the many highlights in CAD: A Handbook for Heels which was inspired by the early retro burlesque men's magazines of the 1950s~1960s is a interview with Russ Meyer with photos of his cult film Faster Pussycat Kill ! Kill ! With over 200 photographs and drawings. Cover art of model Eve Meyer photographed by Russ Meyer. As of this writing this is the only known copy on the market of this title signed by Russ Meyer, Daniel Clowes, Kitten Navidad, Debra Lamb and the author.
