Gilt spine-titled brown cloth on board. Unclipped dust jacket, showing price of $18.50. Top edge of case slightly faded. Front board slightly bowed. Dust jacket spine slightly creased at head and faded with some fading along left edge of front panel. Dust jacket now in protective archival cover. 1980 Pulitzer Prize-winning "metaphorical fugue on minds and machines in the spirit of Lewis Carroll" published when the author was still an Assistant Professor at Indiana University.
