Edinburgh: John Grant, 1911 Twelve volumes, rebound in dark brown leather and burgundy cloth with raised bands on spine, gilt lettering and decoration; pink marbled endpapers, pages are rough cut, gilt on top edge.Volume 1 has frontis portrait of Jane Austen; title pages are two-color with JA monogram decoration. Volumes 11 and 12 (Lady Susan, The Watsons, Letters) are the new, revised edition, dated 1912. Volumes 6, 9. 10, 12 have some scarring on spine, fraying at top of spine; Vol 9 has nick on top front corner; Vol 1 has slight crack at front spine. Bindings are good. Overall, a handsome set.
