Collector's edition in green slipcase/folio decorated with gilt titling and an affixed wood strip. #231 of the initial 250 copies of the first printing. Signed by Atkeson and Ross on a specially bound-in page. Crisp, unread, unmarked copy. The binding is tight, corners sharp. The dust jacket shows a long vertical crease to front flap. The slipcase shows wear at lower corners, with one corner showing a closed split.
