Published in an edition of 50 copies. 18 leaves (8-1/2 by 11 inches) laid into acetate covers. Illustrated with two mounted postcards, one a portrait of Moore and the other of Basil Bunting's gravestone.
Not located on OCLC. First edition. This copy is signed by Williams and then inscribed to the British artist R. B. Kitaj and his family.
