The Booklet and all 24 prints are in very good condition but the sleeve is very worn and has tears and scuffs along all edges. Booklet is in great condition. Comes with 24 color 9 x 12 prints of paintings by Winold Reiss. No markings on the inside of the book or on the color prints. Winold Reiss (1886 - 1953) was a German-born American artist.

Binding shows all four corners bumped, all edges rubbed, and damage to lower spine. Unclipped DJ is intact but heavily challenged with heavy tearing, creasing, chipping, and rubbing. Washington Government Printing Office, 1896. Part 2 ONLY (of original two volume set). Good+. Text block is age-toned but clean and complete with all plates. Olive cloth publisher's binding shows shelf and handling wear with abrasion to the embossing as well as edge, corner, and spine wear. All corners bumped and worn. Covers are dented and scratched. Jiangxi Art Publishing Company, 1993. Hardcover First Edition. 170pp, large quarto in case. Compiled by the Music-drama Institute of the Chinese Academy of Arts. Near Fine book in Good slipcase. Gray boards show minor shelf and handling wear; there is a crease on the page before the Contents. Else clean and bright. This is, overall, a stunning volume, colorful and clean, gray boards and colorful pastedown are clean, tight binding. Slipcase shows significant shelf and handling wear with scuffing, fading, three tears in the binding at the spine of the slipcase, and edge and corner wear.
