This volume is a celebration of the life of Edward Beveridge Binnie, (born on the Falkland Islands in 1884) the eighth child of immigrant Scottish parents. The book traces his rise from humble beginnings through Falkland Islands Government service to becoming the first Antarctic Magistrate.
