First separate printing. Originally published in the Bazaar Budget in 1880, this copy privately printed by Merle Johnson in 1928. BAL #3545 and #3387. A single sheet folded once to make four unnumbered pages, measuring 8.3 by 6.25 inches. In a protective folder. Extremely scarce.
