Chicago: Rogers & Smith Co., 1890. Very Good. Stapled wraps, the cover fashioned like an envelope is in two colors. 7.5 by 5 inches. Map on the inside cover with b/w photos with descriptive text on the facing page. 18 pages with rate on the inside rear cover. c1890. The date of 1885 is noted and this seems to be the next season. Even age toning; the wraps have handling-soil and the rear spotting. Staples are holding though corroded. A very uncommon item of the beginnings of Florida East Coast tourism with only one copy located at the Univ of Noth Carolina according to OCLC/WorldCat. This scarce brochure highlights the Frost Proof Orange Grove on which the Inn was located. Henry Flagler's East Coast Railroad had reached West Palm Beach in 1894.  There is a reference to the railroad reaching Frost Proof.
