It calls for a united front in the fight against the Axis powers and total mobilization of industry. "The Communist Party pledges its loyalty, its devoted labor and last drop of its blood in support of our country in this greatest of all the crises that has ever threatened its existence."

Collection of numerous editions of daily newspapers from Yugoslavia published during WWII in Nazi-occupied Belgrade. Newspapers contain war reports written in a nazi propaganda manner. The entire 1943 year is present ( 514-821) with 307 issues in total. They are mostly in very good/fine condition. An extremely scarce item, only a few other copies can be found in world libraries. Bound together in a 1/4 faux leather binding, probably in the late 1980s. All the newspapers are original from the period. Minor imperfections in form of discoloration, minute stains, and small tears along the edges, do not affect the legibility of the text. Overall, the collection is very well preserved. Newsmap was a poster/newspaper issued weekly during World War II by the U.S. War Department to military installations and government and civic groups working on War Department projects. Issues generally contained one or more maps as well as reports of recent military actions. This issue features a large and dramatic map of the Philippine Islands. The reverse has two additional maps: Southern France, and an untitled map of the Pacific and Indian Oceans.

This book is in great shape one little spot on front. faded red color on boards. Stamped by library inside covers. 1942 movie Wikipedia says Mrs. Miniver is a 1942 American romantic war drama film directed by William Wyler, and starring Greer Garson and Walter Pidgeon. Inspired by the 1940 novel Mrs. Miniver by Jan Struther,[3] it shows how the life of an unassuming British housewife in rural England is affected by World War II. Produced and distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, its supporting cast includes Teresa Wright, Dame May Whitty, Reginald Owen, Henry Travers, Richard Ney and Henry Wilcoxon.[4]
